Expensive hotel with below avarge value I will never go there again and never will recommend it to any one else Liked: Location Disliked: They give me wrong bed size and wrong room when I asked to correct they said no rooms. Good was substandard. Staff were polite but have no business sense whatsoever. Overall bad experience and will never go there again. Way below average in every category.

Overall a good hotel for pilgrims. Value for money Liked: Excellent location, closer to both Men & Women Gates. Clean and practical washrooms, good food variety at buffets, friendly and helpful staff with good English understanding. Clean & practical Rooms. Disliked: The size of the rooms are much smaller compared to hotels in the area. Luggage storage is too cramped. Couldn’t offer prayers in the room due to cramped space.
