1) Location was great. Very near to the haram / mosque and ladies prayer area. 2) It was surrounded by other 5 star hotels and reasonable cafe's. 3) Food choices were good in breakfast (suhoor). 4) hand wash was available in addition to soaps

The location of the property is good. We had booked for a triple bed room but the room allocated was very small in size. It was not an standard triple bed room. The third bed was accommodated somehow which made the room very tight. The breakfast was having not many choices and the taste of the food was not good. The WIFI was not working properly and there was always a signal issue. Could not be rectified even after many complains. The Al Rawda Royal Inn was always a good choice for us but this time we got disappointed.
